Domestic Installations
As a registered NICEIC domestic installer, we are able to install, test and certify all of our domestic installation works, ranging from additional power & lighting to full property rewires. We also carry out Periodic Inspection Reports on all domestic properties. General maintenance and fault finding forms a large sector of our site work. For new builds, extensions and kitchen refits we offer to discuss the design prior to commencement of works therefore enabling you to gain the most from your home.
Commercial Installations
For the commercial business we cover all additions, alterations and upgrading through to relamping of existing installations. If required arrangements will be made to consult with you at the beginning of a project so as to generate the best outcome for your lighting/display/assembly areas etc. Alternatively we can refurbish your existing installation coming up with ideas to increase its longevity, cost effectiveness and making it adaptable as your business expands.
Planned & Reactive Maintenance
We offer planned & reactive maintenance on all of our installed systems, giving our customers the back up in the event of a system failure.
PAT Testing (Portable appliance testing)
PAT testing is carried out at your premises and can be arrange at a time to suit you or the buildings usage, affording the continued usage of these daily used appliances. A full inspection and testing record is produced with each item allocated a separate identification reference contained within a equipment register. We carry out formal, and combined testing of all items of equipment. PAT testing consist of Hand held, Portable, Move able, Stationary and IT equipment.
Periodic Inspection & Testing
We carry out comprehensive Inspection & Testing for domestic and small commercial premises. Dependant upon the type of testing being undertaken we submit a full inspection report and recommendations based upon the observations and deviation noted within the inspection and test. A budget price for any remedial works required, with a time scale for the works to be completed are included within our detailed report.
Fire Alarms Domestic & Commercial
Whether its protecting your family or your business, all of our fire detection systems are designed and installed around the requirements of BS 5839. The vast majority of buildings have differing levels of degree of protection, usage and differing degrees of escape passage, therefore each system is designed around these very important issues.
Security & Access Control Systems
We install and maintain the vast majority of the market leaders equipment and accessories, each system will be designed around the requirements of the end user, ensuring the system meets there individual requirements and general usages. Every system installed will meet the current requirements of the industries standards Each with a minimum standby duration in the event of a mains failure with access control systems having a fail safe facility inbuilt.

We design and install the vast majority of Emergency lighting systems. We cater for all types of premises each requiring a slightly different approach to the design and installation of the system. All our lighting systems are designed and installed to meet the requirements of BS 5266.
